Personally, I've been in the mobile home investing space since 2007 without going the section 8 route.

Does anyone have experience with a similar issue or insight to share on this matter?

I'm Gil Rodriguez, and alongside my wife, Ashley, I wanted to share a bit about my current ventures and aspirations in the real estate world.While my focus has been on ventures like the Rent-to-Retirement pipeline and military duties alongside my wife.

However, I need to find the easiest/fastest way to transfer them to the business so I can separate the investment properties from our personal finances and have the business separate. 

DSCR LoansThis is a perfect 30 year fixed loan designed for Real estate Investors that have trouble showing personal income or are capped at the number of conventional loans they can have.

Not sure how Las Vegas operates but when I get a code violation of any sort I get certified mail delivered to my personal house and multiple other regular mail attempts. 

A developer would be a good person to talk to as well if you can find one.
