That is exactly what municipalities do to roadwork contractors, only on a much larger scale. 

I certainly don't think we're anywhere near bottom, given what is yet to come to market (government failures around the Globe, increased losses to the residential and commercial sectors, declines in manufacturing and productivity, etc.), but in terms of a strict number pronouncement, I'm not sure I have one.Given where we are and what's to come, I definitely think we'll approach the 5,000 mark or lower - I hope I'm wrong.

The equity "supply" was manufactured because of this once-in-a-life-time "demand" from foreign money.

Margins may be skinnier in the beginning, but my end goal is to build a sustainable model and benefit from economies of scale, just need to get things off the ground!

Also, I'm sure you could find creative ways to employe somebody in the business as maybe an equity partner or on a performance/commission basis that would really help you scale your business without committing too much of your current cash flow...
