I spent the afternoon at the Attorney General's office yesterday hoping to see criminal charges pressed against some of these people… But it does make me nervous to think about these bottom feeding lawyers you all were talking about like this one whose name is David Wright who I overheard and recorded couple of months ago bragging about how many times  he sent the Marshall to peoples doors so far to have them evicted and laugh the most sinister laugh saying "pretty soon will own the whole damn place!

I have absolutely no intent to press the board for a value "increase" after renovation and the values should creep up slowly over time. 

To people that are successfully running VR, do you see the great returns in tourist cities mainly (close to beach, skiing, hot city) or in boring areas as well (conferences, weddings, etc.)?

I would like one day that they sell washers and dryers that has built in Apple Pay or Google Wallet capabilities, and all a tenant has to do is to wave it near the washer or dryer and press their finger onto the Touch ID and I get paid as the machine unlocks for 1 load.Or may be I know what the tenants like to drink and I set up a vending machine that pour their favorite ice cold beers from dispensers and I get paid online and the Touch ID knows if he/she is over 21. 

You'll be hard pressed to find something with better than a 20.8% return.

If that is the case then by all means press on.  

You'll be hard pressed in my opinion to find someone that will let you cut your teeth on their money.
