I think the methodology of going out and solving peoples problems is timeless, but because the paperwork and instructions suck, and the material being almost 20 years old, I'd pass on this one.

Hi Greg, looking to purchase and hold, most likely BRRRR, I'm a GC by trader, and I'm used to handle projects out of state, I also have experience with flips here in Miami, but market is not great here now, I have a friend that leaves in Montgomery and connected me with some people there, so that why I'm hitting that way to start my out of state investments.
