LLC vs S CORP ? I’m a newbie investor.
LLC vs S CORP ? I'm a new investor who lives in Los Angeles. I'm looking to start Fix n Flipping in the Ohio market. Should I go with LLC or S Corp when investing in out of state markets ?

Start with an LLC.
You can always convert it to an S corporation if the income / cost / benefits make sense to do so.
A lot of people set up an S corporation before they're ready and spend more than they save. It creates a new tax filing, payroll requirements, payroll filings, full books. There's a lot to it and many people set it up and then don't want to do all the extra steps.
Talk to your tax professional and adjust your structure as needed.
