The drywall cracks with the changing of the seasons.If you put tape on the cabinets, in case of painting protection, the veneer come up with the tape.Carpets often loosen and bag in areas.

By the way when I went to paint the outside of a property that I own built in 1881 I found out if I wanted to change colors I had to submit a application with the PMS color number of the paint that I wanted to use.

andrew, the mold on the back wall looks like a vent problem, but the ceiling stainlooks more like a leak from above with sagging paint on the wall above the shower head is there a bath above this one?
