Even Do Hard Money that advertised 100% 100% you had to spend 3k on their training materials up front and spend 600.00 per loan submission.. so you needed up front money and also have to advance on the draws..

I think I'm in the "trust but verify" camp (at least until Skynet becomes sentient and takes over)It's a good tool, but one that shouldn't be blindly followed.

But then again, Im not sure how much better those are and maybe I can just get similar if not better resources by searching on BP if I spend a little more time. 

Successfully transitioning to a new construction company that took over a project already underway was a challenge I managed to overcome.

If the guest is spending a longer time there they may elect to get their own, short stays probably will not bother or just purchase their own. 

I think there is a few dollars left over depending on a few variables

I've gotten my bearings and have a cash-flowing triplex banking a little over $1500 / month, and am starting to look at acquiring more properties once I can find another good deal.

I mean sure, plenty do great in those sec8 pizz-ponds but "affordable housing" is in EPIC demand all over, and there IS far FAR better markets for one to start playing in then that. 

I would use that as a potential guidemap as to where you may need to spend some money.
