I frequently meet people from NY, CA, NV, Miami, and Orlando moving here not solely for jobs, but purely for the quality of life and outdoor lifestyle here.

My dilemma and question is When I try to listen to or watch something for entertainment i feel i shouldn't and should go and get more Real Estate education or work on my business in some way shape or form.

I think a nice renovation with a couple items that make you stand out (master closet, entertainment centric kitchen) would be beneficial.  

Outdoors (kayaking, fishing, etc.) has plenty of solid options.
