Come to the local meetup and spread your name around.

Spreading yourself thin is generally not a profitable way to go.  

Being a primary residence that you live in at least 1 year you are looking at Cap Gains rates already, but if the spread is big enough NO taxes might be worth considering.  

I am not the kind of person to do cold calling (sorry) and i love social media marketing but i need a bit more... 

Have enthusiasm and spread the word.

Owning multiple assets in an asset class spreads your risk out over those assets.

The redevelopment there will likely start spreading across the Stapleton borders into Aurora, but those areas are still rough and might not be great for a young family.
