I would say Annual operating costs have increased due to such things as property taxes and insurance.It much easier to do a 3% to 5% increase every year, than wait multiple years and then try and catch up.

I don't remember where the bible says that this is all ok, but I guess there's probably a commandment that says don't pour concrete down the pipes or load the heating vents with dead fish, but no specific commandment about sabotaging doors handles.I'm not trying to bash Christians here, by the way.

. $75-$80/sf overseas (high quality)-loan service costs are cheaper in US vs overseas…-reselling in US is much easier vs overseas-maintenance people, managers and operation costs are way lower for option 2I know that these are very broad different scenarios with a lot of variables…however I am trying to see if I can get some feedback.
