Favourite books for the Canadian market

Hello Canadian BP'ers,

I'd love some recommendations for books to read on real estate investing that's more specific to the Canadian investor.  I know there can be differences between how the US and Canada operates in terms of legal structures, financing, and others, so I'd like to find some help on the topics specific to Canadians.

A little about what I'm planning on investing in.  I'm currently looking at multi-family properties (3 units+) in the Moncton area, and will eventually look for properties in the Kootenays area of BC as well.  I'm investing for buy and hold cash flow.  Eventually as I learn more I'd like to get into value add investing, but for right now I'm looking for more turnkey properties.

I am reading The Real Estate Retirement Plan by Calum Ross right now, and just picked up the Bigger Pockets Long Distance Investing book (which on quick look seems very specific to the US market, although I'm sure there'll be good general advice as well).  If you have any other recommendations that would be great!
