My perception of out of state/country property management seems as though you will be taken advantage of for the littlest things like changing a light bulb.

Has anyone here had experience buying rural land and developing it for renewable energy use / installing wind turbines or solar power on it?

We are really just trying to make sure that we are exploring all the options available out there from lumber to lighting and everything in between.
