I will be using a property manager but I hear that I need to watch them in case they dont to things correctly?

@Ned Carey  thanks for tagging me.Mello Roos  oh that brings back memories I did the very first Mello roos bond act in Nevada county CA which is right up the road from where this lady hails from.Mello Roos is a utlitiy bond that is buried in your advalorum tax bill.. so you can't wipe it out its property tax.. the Mello bond is used to buy public utls from developers..

I mean these are deep rooted squatters in the community , they have weekend Cookouts and Neighborhood watch meetings and the whole 9 yards. ( Well maybe not the community watch meetings, But definitely cookouts. he Burgers were Delicious.)

I was watching a video where the investor bought a home with equity built in held the property for a year then did a cash refinance and made money for his next investment.

I've always loved houses and the real estate market but I never thought about it as a career until I started watching HGTV to get some ideas for decorating my new house about 10 years ago and got obsessed with house hunting shows which led to renovation and flipping shows.

It's a good way to scale in my opinion if you are doing it right and watching your numbers.
