I don't have kids and my workplace is in the Plaza, so I don't have to be in a good school district, but I do want to live in a new/newer construction house and want this house to be a good investment. 

You did the homework...trust it and move on.

But if you do a little bit of homework you'll see that the vacancy rate for downtown is < 3% (as well as for surrounding neighborhoods).

You will find out you have them when you start getting bites or sometimes you will see small red spots on your mattress or underneath your mattress.As far as how they spread, kids can pick up bed bugs at school at they can hitchhike on people and travel.

I e definitely got some homework to do.

Especially with two little kids around.
