Everything REI, but always late night. Anyone else?

Hi BP,

How are you all? I'm looking at all kinds of "situations" with my entities, in-state and remote investing, landlord/tenant issues - however, I can only truly focus on these things after my kids are asleep.

Living in Boca Raton, FL - from Seattle, WA - looking to invest in Port St. Lucie FL and the midwest. Restructuring the company by forming a Wyoming LLC and now I'm not sure how to continue with my FL LLC and banking/tax strategies.

I just found out this afternoon I need to move before the end of Jan 31, 2017 as I was hoping to work some things out with my landlord, but they did not. Also, I read an article about regarding the "personality type and enforcing lease agreements with tenants" - I no longer think I want to handle my rental property. I was reading through and my tenants did not follow the rules and it cost me $$$ and I'm moving because my landlord is in CA offers nothing for property management and that has cost me $$$ too.
