I know it’s different in the states in terms of legal.

They are in a good location in terms of commute to attractions, restaurants, and retail, but are not in a "neighborhood".

I'm not as familiar with Austin or Atlanta in terms of comparison, but I'm sure some folks from those markets will chime in too.
