Wholesaling in Canada

Hello, I am just about ready to start doing acquisitions here in Canada. I know it’s different in the states in terms of legal. I have a few beginner questions:

1) Where can I get untraceable phone numbers?

2) is it possible to keep phone number permanent?

3) As a flipper/RE investor, what do they look for in a wholesaler? What makes a good relationship? (Pretty self explanatory but I’d just thought get more opinions)

4) Anywhere I can get tax records? Lol
