I am in San Diego, CA and 10 weeks into buying  property in the KC MO area 64131 and would like to get a pair of independent eyes to go look at it by an agent if possible.

The "normal" business line could be anything at this point - Google Voice or whatever would work for this kind of system.We have a large maintenance company with a full blown multi-line phone system with tiered ring emergency capability which works great but is overkill for this particular situation and I need to create something completely independent of it.

You should contact an independent agent, preferably one with many markets. 

You want what you want and you won't be happy.But, if you are not independently wealthy and can't simply stroke the check, what do you do?

Not at the dealer but research some of the independent warranty companies.

No matter what, definitely do not let the naysayers sway you from your goal of financial independence in 10 years via RE investing.  

I'm also an independently licensed Realtor, and I'd be happy to get it on the MLS for you, if it hasn't rented yet.  

Also would it be inappropriate for me to ask if I can get independent inspectors to make sure they completed the work they said they did or to verify that the major systems of the property have the longevity the turnkey provider says they have.
