I am just getting into Real Estate and I am currently in the "knowledge" state: reading books, listening to podcasts/videos etc. 

Ideally it would be nice for him to be able to sell it to a young ambitious person and see it keep operating.

Me, and my family are looking to invest in real estate. ideally these would be 2-3 SFH's that me and my brother would move into immediately and then possibly rent out after the year.. either way we are looking to invest and not rent any longer.  

Starting off, I would look at the bigger pockets youtube channel and check the video playlists for BRRR and the playlist for flipping. 

Brandon recently made a short YouTube video about what should someone do with 150k I think and it was very helpful but it's hard to find much content that is giving solid genuine advice without a sales pitch.

Good evening everyone, I am 19 years old living just outside Toronto in London, ON and I’m looking for some advice on how to proceed with finding my ideal market to invest in.

From videos I have watched, I get the basis of it but what first steps would I need to take as far as the laws here in Utah?

If you can get a 4 unit and a basement, that would be ideal and create major cash flow and equity creation, plus you can not worry about a property manager and boost your yield.Best to scale your equity as much as possible.
