Where to start with real estate investing?

I am a professional with a full time job in Los Angeles and looking to start real estate investing.

I don’t know where to start in general or even within BIGGER POCKETS as there seems to be an overwhelming amount of resources.

Would appreciate any advice for this newbie!

@Grace Son it will depend on many factors? What’s your goals? What do you like in real estate as they’re are many genres? Plus do you have certain needs, for instance, cash flow now or can you wait?

One thing I did was read, read and read some more. Best thing I ever did was get a mentor who showed me the ropes as well. Plus listen to the great BP Podcasts and use this platform to learn. Best website in REAL ESTATE!
