yea goettl just expensive and a huge company. also i did not know some companies did duct cleaning. i work for Hot Cold Air Heating and Cooling, for any future fixes, or questions on your ac system. 

Do you think with our current situation the lenders would allow something like that for each spouse or 1 loan per household?

The FIRE movement was really hot, no pun intended, early this year and I have not heard much about it.  

According to some of my comps we stand to make a pretty decent profit selling in the hot market but we want to sell before we have paid the house off and move into another house that we can rehab then flip.

It has a very small kitchen - not enough room for a range so I bought an island and was planning on putting in a microwave and hot plate for cooking.

Usually, houses in hot areas absolutely do not meet these qualifications.

Mostly I'm just posting here to see if anyone else cringes when they hear someone say "hot water heater" instead of "water heater"

The first step everyone needs to do, to get anywhere near accuracy in "what's next", is to THROW OUT that garbage thought pattern that the housing market is a light switch that operate in either "Red-Hot" or "Crash" modes.

I am personally not down in Florida myself but I know that it is a hot market down there right now.
