FHA / CNV requirements??? I have a 1 bedroom apt in the back of the property that i was planning on setting up as an Airbnb. It has a very small kitchen - not enough room for a range so I bought an island and was planning on putting in a microwave and hot plate for cooking. My question - does FHA and/or CNV loans require an actual range be installed when I sell?
