Who knows if this mindset is correct, but it certainly is a time where you can grab deals at a higher price to rent ratio and still see good cash flow.

If you submit your app with your 150k statement and a screen shot of your 750 credit score then I'd say you are way more likely to grab a lender than a 0 exp who has no money or credit.

@Chris DuffyIf you want to actively buy and sell properties, grab your license.If you just want to use it for a referral basis, remember that there are ever increasing yearly costs and continued education and it may not be worth the financial and time commitment.
