I’m am looking for some good referrals for investor friendly RE Agents in the Atlanta & metro Atlanta areas; Me & my partner are looking to purchase a flip within the next 1-3 months.

We invest in Atlanta. 1% rule does not apply in ATL. I see that playing out in Mid west where the population has been declining. It is almost impossible getting cash flow AND appreciation. You get can either of them, not both..
