@Daniel RheeList Source is good for narrowing down a list of specific properties with criteria such as age of owner, % of equity, mortgage date, etc... but what List Source won't provide is a description of the property.

Each month the Rent Board selects a random sample of 10% of all notices which state owner or relative occupancy as the reason for eviction, and transmitts this list to the District Attorney for possible investigation.

@Khaled Helmi, the best advice I can give (although you may not like it- I know I didn't) is to get (or find one for bidding and vetting purposes) a set of plans you're happy with and a list of specs and bid it out to different builders/subcontractors.
