I have learned through various videos and books to "think big".That is just a little bit about myself, but I look forward to hearing from anyone interested in finding out more about myself, my goals and dreams, and what we can do to help each other in this crazy world we call real estate.

I just moved back to Spokane, WA from SF Bay Area CA to get away from the rising prices.

I am going to try my best to make it to the next Memphis REI meeting as long as I can get away from the 9-5.

They all have the info product sales process down, long letter, long video, offer, signup for newsletter, etc. etc.

I will be taking the classes purely online, so if there are any options that have some good videos, or lectures you can watch that would be great!

Watch YT videos of people who are passionate and making it.  

I think if you are in a higher price point and you have a more upgraded cabinet/kitchen you can get away without it if that is the clean modern style you are going for.  

Been watching shows like "Flip That Old House" and shows like it, YouTube videos on Real Estate Investments.
