Hi everyone, my name is Dustin McDaniel and I am from the Memphis, Tennessee area. I'm interested in getting started in real estate investing, but I am first and foremost here to learn as much as possible and also to help as much as possible. I am going to try my best to make it to the next Memphis REI meeting as long as I can get away from the 9-5. I look forward to meeting some of the users here!

I also wanted to say, if there is anyone in the area that ever needs a helping hand with anything, I will gladly help! Just shoot me a message or email. I would rather put my hands to use in turn for advice rather than just asking for it. 

To the other users in the BP community, I will try every chance I get to help by offering my opinions and advice as I learn myself.
