How do I go about getting a business credit line so I can get a loan for a down payment and get a private or hard money loan and get into my first flip.I do not have a business, however, I am a full time realtor for the past two years.

Our family's goals are to pay off our consumer/student loan debts and have enough cash flow that I can cut back my hours (maybe to 0 hours) and travel full time in our travel trailer for a few years and then maybe go back to work but probably not.

Looking for some friendly advice to get a new Realtor who is HUNGRY for business regularly locking down clients and get me out of my full time job ASAP.

Or do I not have a full understanding how the contracts work?
