If a buyer had a loan approved and just got cold feet, a Realtor might want a commission, since they did what they contracted to do, so the Realtor has an interest in what the EM might be.

I purchased a rehab from an estate. 1200 square feet. 5 Rooms, with a basement, and a garage.This "hoarder" had newspapers, books, trash, etc., piled everywhere.We could not walk through the house, we had to walk on top of the trash!
