I hope you are made whole and while of coarse this is not BP’s fault it would be nice if they would at least express an opinion when it is appropriate on matters like this.

To come across one of his biggest joys & to see all of the wonderful thoughts you all had...wow, I am unable to express what it feels like.

I think I would have the property owner call them and express his dissatisfaction with the results and have them back out to fix it the right way at no additional cost.

Something like a range or refrigerator might include installation with the delivery charge.

In addition, we have black mold in the bathroom behind the drywall, when I expressed my concerns, I was told to keep receipts if/when it's fixed for reimbursement, and that they would order an air test for the house to check for mold.
