It looks like the clause refers to the LL/PM relationship (if one exists).

He had a long time relationship with my good friend's wife's Mom.The planner had been blessed with this 80 plus yr old client (Mom) who was worth just over a million.We presented (not pitched) lease purchase arrangements for clients that had homes that were purchased in 2006 - 2008.

I still love helping people and the relationships but it's regular daytime hours with professional investors and business owners and developers etc.

If I made a deal to stretch out the deposit it would be documented in my lease and I would not offer up any other graces to my tenant, especially this early in the relationship!
