I typically do not know how qualified some buyers are and with Covid going on, it can become a concern for many face-to-face interactions with no due diligence done beforehand.For example, I have heard of people taking pictures of licenses prior to showing them around or a form with general information to fill out for people interested in the open house.

With covid those offices just may process incoming checks once or twice a week.I believe in nj my broker has to pay me my commission within a week or two.
