Personal lines of credit during COVID

I was looking into getting a personal line of credit from a local bank or credit union and I was wondering if anybody has opened a personal LOC during the pandemic. I have heard that the restrictions are harder now but not sure if that is the case. I have never received a LOC before and was wondering what kind of terms people are getting with relatively good credit scores and good DTI ratio. I will be going to local banks soon, I was just wanting to gain some knowledge about the process before going into a bank so I would have a better understanding about the terms banks usually have with them.

Any input helps.

Thank You,

Bryan and Courtnee Lee
