Do you package direct mailing, answer all the calls, inspect the properties, make offers, build the website, build a buyers list, etc all yourself or have (paid) folks that help you with some of that?

I do acquire some properties with tenants and have actually purchased several packages of performing rentals and utilized a portfolio loan from a local bank.Please let me know if you have any other questions.Chris

A contact off of our DM campaign brought us a package deal that was almost buy one get one free on a turnkey property.

A helpful clerk mentioned it in time for me to include it in the package: "4.For Affidavit of Military Status, Google Search "Verification of Military Status" Enter their SSN and full name.

Perhaps you could pre-research vacation packages and give away information on those (website links).

I live in Philadelphia and I work in KoP as well and I make that commute each week and yes, it is absolutely miserable esp if you encounter traffic congestion.Good luck with your upcoming purchase.

You probably won't like my opinion, but I would consider it unethical to turn around and sell the property since you have full knowledge of the illegal addition.It's an unfortunate situation that no one would like to encounter when purchasing a property.
