I want to reach out an introduce myself to the community. My name is Bill Higgins and currently I work as a real estate salesperson in the booming market of Brooklyn NY. I'm a long time listener of the podcast but haven't joined the site till recently.

What I hope to find from this website is a larger next work of buyers. I often encounter estate sales or deal but lack a "short list" of buyers. I also promise not to flood your email with generic messages about the holidays and daylight savings hah I will only bring properties to your attention that I know you'll be interested in!!
