@Ozzy Sirimsi it's in the Parkside/Walther area @Joe Splitrock I called my lawyer and spoke to another one from the city , turns out it's tresspassing but they did try to push it civil and sent me down to the court house to speak to someone about eviction but they came right out and said that this isn't landlord tenant they told me to press charges for tresspassing and theift( damage to real property) so I'm doing that now then I have to get a peace order then the police will do their job apparently.

We served them a 3 day notice....they ignored it, and when they got the court date sent to them they said they dont want an eviction on their record so if we pay for April will you forget about March and stop the eviction.
