What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I am curious if there’s anybody out there who has experienced this scenario, and would love to know if anyone has any advice,tips or tricks to get this ball rolling.Thanks in advance!

So, as a technology entrepreneur, I got to wondering if there's a way to research, acquire, and manage my deals more easily using the power of artificial intelligence (AI) or some other internet software.I have an idea of what I think I need to build, but before I build it, I would appreciate some feedback from this community: What's the hardest (or most frustrating) part of real estate investing for you?

@Yashar Fred too much trouble dealing with this government program and SAHA particularly yet another example of government waste.

When it is an inheritance, oftentimes the new owner just wants to dump the property and not deal with it.

This is great deal if the sqft is 3,500 sqft , but if it is not, the deal will go to shambles.

What if the lender and house flipper continue to make deals and both come out winning.

We owe the lender a hefty sum due to the short sale, and my partner should be responsible for at least as much as I have paid into the deal so far.
