Scott... the Commercial Market is not too bad I don't think the economy has really gotten to the real estate market in the Bay Area, what pushes the Bay Area is the Tech Industry and Social Media Industry it has kept the bay area pretty stablized.

Political ideologies have evolved in this country over hundreds of years, and to assert that your attitudes must fall within the scope of one of the two major parties is akin to suggesting that ideologies -- and our political and social culture in general -- shouldn't continue to evolve.If enough people "vote their conscience," in 5, 10, or 50 years we could see one or both parties change considerably or go away, we could see new parties rise to power, we could see parties blend together, etc.
