@Brie Schmidt @Henry Lazerow This was a solid appellate decision concerning an ordinance most of us don't deal with on a daily basis (relocation assistance by foreclosure buyers).

Since then, she's been quite demanding; she wants to paint, change light fixtures, argue with my plans for the garden, have community meetings on my property, fill my garage with daily purchases from Amazon and then ask ME if I want HER to make space for my stuff, and recently, she has been calling the city to complain about the noise (we live on a busy street).

When sharing the duties to list in our Operation agreement, I was asking my self, How much work and what type of work will be have to maintain our LLC and the CRE on a daily basis? 

I love the idea of getting out of the city and I would be willing to sacrifice a longer daily commute everyday to live in a more rural desert area around here.

BTW my response is that we are speaking of a "residential" (an actual residential home convert to assist seniors with their activities of daily living) assisted living facility/residence correct?

Now if there are daily questions then they may not understand your industry - rentals and flips.  

Have you run the numbers on AirDNA or compared to other places nearby yours to get a sense for what your average daily rate (ADR) and occupancy rates could be?
