What happens after the CRE Deal ?
Hey Everyone,
My Businesspartner and Jon are currently going about buying our first CRE Multifamily deal.
When sharing the duties to list in our Operation agreement, I was asking my self,
How much work and what type of work will be have to maintain our LLC and the CRE on a daily basis?
Please comment below how much work and how many hours per week, your CRE Mutlifamily deal & LLC is requiring from you on a daily and what type of tasks you have to do.
