I guess there are some parallels though.Mindset  as far as being consistent and following a schedule - maybe, but results definitely not.

Right now peep are renting trashy mobile homes that consist of about 900-1200 SQ ft for $500 month.

I can't find consistent buyers in Chicago.

After going through a thousand scenarios over the past few years I've decided to start off flipping homes with a long term goal of getting into commercial real estate after I establish a consistent flipping operation.

I would recommend picking 1 or 2 marketing channels and being consistent on those. 

I've come back to reality and am ready to put in consistent work until I close my first deal.I have so much to say so please excuse the rant.

Laguna beach is niche area and hard to find much of anything the rents there do have consistently.
