Private Lending - NY

Hi,

I am looking to break free of the 9-? to take on real estate full time. After going through a thousand scenarios over the past few years I've decided to start off flipping homes with a long term goal of getting into commercial real estate after I establish a consistent flipping operation. I currently own and live in a multi family and have about 200k of my own money to invest, not to mention 200k in equity in the house. I'm looking for some advice in finding private lenders to provide hard money loans on these flips. I'm located in Westchester county and I'm very new to the private lending side. Any advice in locating these lenders or perhaps recommending some would be appreciated. Thank you.
