What I decided to do, mainly based on the several blogs I read by Antonio Coleman(hereon this site) was to brand/market myself as the go-to person for a specific area and have all kinds of general RE information featured along with a video introducing myself. etc.  

I just want to say thank you to the biggerpockets community because ALL  the information I have learned from the blogs, conversation, and podcast has been priceless.

That said, if I were financially independent, I'd probably want to blog about personal finance and help others succeed in real estate all day long... so it looks like I might be here at BP for a very long time ;)@Galen Herbst de Cortina Now that's a response I wasn't expecting - getting credibility with the wife.
