New member from Austin TX

Just want say hi to everyone on biggerpockets.  I have been living in Austin for about two years now and ready to get some things rolling.  I'm currently marketing to probate homes here in Austin and with some persistence I hope to get some purchase agreements signed. I just want to say thank you to the biggerpockets community because ALL  the information I have learned from the blogs, conversation, and podcast has been priceless. Not gonna lie I have even worked out listening to the podcast.   Best of luck to you all!
