Hello All, is it common for property management companies to block tenants from paying online after they have a bounced payment?

No entry in the blocked off area but has 2 windows where you can see right into it from the outside.

Actually, was only a few blocks from our duplex that we had in Willmar that was purchased summer of 2018.Interestingly enough, at the time that we were pursuing this property, our property management company decided to take a different direction and manage properties only four units or larger going forward so hence the contingency was enacted.

Before I dive into everything I would like to get some insight from people that have been around the block a time or two.

A city block for a few thousand dollars, half a subdivision near the center of a booming city for a few thousand more, nice lake view property in a good subdivision (no HOA), a 2/3 acre riverfront property for a couple hundred dollars, etc.
