Removing online payment after bounced payment
Hello All, is it common for property management companies to block tenants from paying online after they have a bounced payment? Why would they do this? Wouldn’t this just result in tenants even missing more payments since it is getting harder for them to pay? Thank you

ACH payments (e-checks) most commonly reverse when there is an insufficient balance, it's just like bouncing a check. When someone bounces checks, you make them use cash-- the same thing applies to ACH payments.
