Otherwise I'd just ride it out if they're asking for a reasonable extension, and you think they'll be able to resolve whatever the issue is.If it were me, I'd be cautious about biting off my nose to spite my face by walking away.

I served a tenant a 5 day notice after them barely catching up to be able to stay last month.Their are two people on the lease, one left town and notified me he had no intenstions of coming back to town or paying rent.
