This guy is a real professional tenant, five local evictions I can find in the last seven years, falsified his name to beat a background check, took full advantage of the pandemic moratoriums and didn't pay rent for almost a year, screwed everyone in his life consistently for the last twenty years (landlords, credit card companies, baby mamas, girlfriends with cars, you name it).I know my local eviction laws, frontways and backways, and I have the numbers of both my real estate lawyer and a much more expensive dedicated real estate litigator in my phone.
