The Manager is the fiduciary or officer of the LLC, and as such has a strictly administrative role.Writing checks, wiring funds, handling funds, signing contracts and maintaining the assets of the LLC is all part of the Manager’s role and authority.

We've also butted heads quite a bit in what feels to me like a power struggle because he's rather arrogant (he believes he's among the best contractors in Atlanta and in the entire state of Georgia, despite no evidence that that's the case), very headstrong about wanting an equal share of the business' profits and an equal level of authority, despite the fact that he's clearly not pulling his weight and is slowing things down dramatically.

@Samuel DuntermanWelcomeLots of stuff in commercial properties.As far as residential goes, I had a bunch of "mud legs" welded up when we were repairing boilers for The Housing Authority of Perth Amboy.So yeah there is plenty of welding work in real estate, but mostly in larger projects
