Welding in Real Estate

Hi new to BP and actually forums in general, but being signed up for a few days i would just like to say this site has a great community and it excites me that people go out of their way just to help newbies out, it's truly superb!

My question is, have you ever had to weld anything or hire a welder at one of your properties? Sorry if the question sounds dull, i just couldn't think of any instances where a welder would be needed. I have been welding since i was about 10 (i'm 19 now) and just want to make myself appealing to future partners, and plus i love welding haha
